How to Book an Appointment:

1. Visit https://cc_scheduler.cclogin.ca/.
2. Log in with your username and password (same as your Student Portal).
3. Click on the Appointment tab.
4. Select a preferred date.
5. Choose an available time slot.
6. Select the reason for your appointment (this step is mandatory).
7. Click Confirm Booking to finalize your appointment.

Important Information:

• One appointment at a time: Students are allowed to book only one appointment at a time. Appointments may fill up quickly, so we recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred time.
• Currently unavailable features:
  • Changing or cancelling appointments is not available at this time.
  • If you need to cancel or change your appointment, you will need to wait until the selected appointment time has passed.
• Mobile and Web-Friendly: This email and the booking system are optimized for both mobile and web use. Whether you're on your phone or computer, you should be able to easily navigate the system and book your appointment!
